Choose the request type and use the e-mail address recorded by the salon. If it matches a client record, we will send a one-time verification link.

For example, use salon-name from the salon's public Ariveno address.

Do not enter health information, appointment details or other sensitive content. You can clarify the scope with the salon after verification.
