1. Nature of the beta
- Ariveno operates as a public production beta: the core of the Service is intended for real salon work and has passed a production-readiness gate, but the product is still under intensive development.
- Beta does not mean a demonstration environment. A salon may enter real data in accordance with the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.
- Some provider features, in particular the primary Cloudflare Email Service, may themselves carry a beta designation. For e-mail, a limited Resend failover mechanism is in place.
- These Terms supplement the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict concerning the characteristics of the beta, the Beta Terms prevail; in data matters, the Data Processing Agreement prevails.
2. Conditions of participation
- A participant may be a Customer meeting the B2B conditions of the Terms of Service and represented by an authorised person.
- Participation requires:
- acceptance of the entire current legal package;
- provision of true organisation data;
- an active, supported payment method;
- use within the permitted scope of the product;
- reporting critical issues that could put data or other users at risk.
- The Operator may limit the number of organisations, temporarily suspend new registrations, or refuse participation for a justified technical, security or compliance reason.
3. Price and trial period in the beta
- The beta is commercial. For one location with up to 16 active persons, the prices are PLN 99 net per month or PLN 990 net per year for a Customer from Poland, and EUR 19.90 net per month or EUR 199.00 net per year for a business from another European Union country that provides a valid EU VAT number. Reverse charge applies to the EUR offer. Countries outside the European Union remain outside the offer unless an individual offer provides otherwise.
- The first subscription of a new Customer may receive one 14-day trial period with a card. The Operator sends a reminder three days before the first scheduled charge. Deleting a salon, creating another salon or repurchasing does not start another trial period.
- Ariveno does not charge commission on bookings. Fees of Stripe, SMSAPI, and the salon's connectivity and devices are not Ariveno's commission and may be subject to the providers' separate terms.
- A salon may resign in accordance with the Terms of Service. Resignation before the end of the trial period prevents the first charge, provided it was effectively registered before the deadline.
- An active subscription includes one slot per salon. Permanent deletion of a withdrawn salon frees that slot for a new salon without a new Stripe Checkout and without changing the current Plan, the billing state or the trial period history.
4. Verified scope and limitations
- The beta may include the features listed in the Terms of Service, including bookings, schedule, team, services, resources, waitlist, client, transactional messages, ICS, reports, export, privacy, audit, subscription and KSeF.
- The following remain outside the scope of the beta:
- a marketplace, commissions and the collection by Ariveno of payments from Salon Clients;
- POS, fiscal cash register, inventory, retail sales, payroll and employee commissions;
- marketing, newsletter, loyalty and WhatsApp;
- native mobile applications;
- two-way synchronization with Google, Outlook or Apple and reading private calendars;
- medical data and special categories of data;
- official Google or Meta partner integrations;
- freely configurable roles.
- KSeF depends on the Ministry of Finance system, its availability, authorisation and current regulations.
- SMS requires the salon's own SMSAPI account. Ariveno does not provide an SMS package and is not responsible for the balance or policy of the salon's provider.
- Public booking works without a Salon Client account. The salon is responsible for its own offer, hours, service prices and the delivery of the appointment.
5. Operational parameters of the beta
- The monthly availability target is 99.5%, without a guaranteed SLA or automatic credits.
- The target RPO is up to 24 hours and the target RTO up to 8 hours.
- Recovery mechanisms include D1 up to 30 days and rotated R2 backups up to 35 days.
- Basic recovery operates within the same cloud provider. This is not a full disaster recovery plan in a separate account or with a second provider.
- During the beta the following may occur:
- short interruptions and interface changes;
- withdrawal of an experimental feature;
- delayed messages from external providers;
- the need to reconfigure a feature after an update;
- performance limitations under unusual load.
- The Operator does not use the beta designation to exclude its obligations regarding security, confidentiality, the GDPR, export or data erasure.
6. Safe use
- Before going live, a salon should:
- set up services, resources, the schedule and roles;
- verify a test booking and a transactional message;
- complete its own information notice;
- set retention appropriate to the purpose;
- train Users;
- plan periodic exports for its own continuity.
- The beta must not be used for health data, criminal data, copies of identity documents or payment secrets.
- A discovered vulnerability, access to another organisation's data, a suspected account takeover or unexpected public availability of an export must be reported immediately to security@ariveno.com, without further exploration.
- A security report should contain a minimal description, the time, the page address and reproduction steps, without downloading other people's data.
7. Reports and feedback
- Bugs and questions should be directed to support@ariveno.com, and incidents to security@ariveno.com.
- Standard support operates on Business Days 8:00–16:00 Europe/Warsaw. The first response is provided by the end of the next Business Day.
- The reporter should remove or redact unnecessary personal data. Passwords, the full SMSAPI key, card data or an export token must not be sent.
- The salon grants the Operator a non-exclusive, free-of-charge right to use suggestions and problem descriptions for the development of Ariveno. This right does not cover personal data, business secrets or materials marked as confidential.
- The Operator may make contact in order to reproduce a bug, but access to Entrusted Data takes place only to the necessary extent, by authorised persons and with confidentiality preserved.
8. Changes during the beta
- The Operator may quickly change features, the interface, technical limits and configuration methods, provided this does not breach legal obligations or the paid-for core scope without notice.
- A material change to the price, the scope of the agreement, a provider's role or data processing is subject to the notification rules of the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.
- An experimental feature may be limited or removed after notice. Where necessary for security, the change may be immediate.
- The Operator publishes information relevant to operation or requires re-acceptance of a new version of the documents.
9. End of the beta
- The Operator may:
- end the beta and move to general availability;
- extend the beta;
- end the development of the Service.
- The Operator will give notice of a planned end of the beta or of the Service at least 30 days in advance, unless an earlier end is necessary due to the law, security, the insolvency of a key provider or force majeure.
- The transition from beta to general availability does not cause data loss or an automatic price change. A new price or material terms require separate notice in accordance with the Terms of Service.
- If the Service is being shut down, the salon is given the opportunity to export and assistance in changing provider in accordance with the Terms of Service.
10. Liability and precedence of law
- The salon acknowledges the limitations described in these Terms and should maintain its own continuity plan, but does not waive rights that cannot be excluded.
- The liability of the parties is governed by the Terms of Service. The beta designation does not exclude liability for intentional damage or other obligations that the law does not allow to be limited.
- These Terms are governed by Polish law.
