Clear terms
14 days to test it properly, with a clear way out.
The trial includes all available features. A card is required so bookings can continue without interruption after the trial. We email you three days before the first charge. Cancel before then and the card is not charged.
Import clients, services and future appointments from CSV with preview, column mapping and duplicate checks. Your previous system can keep running until you decide to switch. English support is available at support@ariveno.com.
After cancellation, you retain read and full-export access for 30 days. Operational data is deleted after 90 days, subject to legal and backup-cycle exceptions.

Is VAT included in the displayed price?
No. PLN 99 and PLN 990 are net amounts. Applicable VAT and the final gross amount are shown before payment and on the invoice.
Do you charge the card during the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days. We email you three days before the first charge so you can cancel before billing starts.
Are there limits on bookings or clients?
No. The plan is not priced per appointment or per client. The plan includes up to 16 active people at one location.
I run two salons. How is the subscription calculated?
Each location has a separate subscription at PLN 99 net per month or PLN 990 net per year, with up to 16 active people in each location.
How are payment and invoices handled?
Stripe handles the card and subscription. Ariveno provides the subscription invoice with the required billing data.
Is the beta price a temporary promotion?
No. The public beta uses the standard published price. The beta does not create a hidden post-beta price increase.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
