How does Ariveno prevent double-booking a device?
Assign the required laser, lamp or workstation to the service. Ariveno checks the team member and resource at the same time before offering the slot.
Can I store health contraindications in the client record?
No. Health data is a special category under GDPR and requires separate safeguards. Ariveno stores preferences, appointment history and non-medical care notes. Conduct health screening through your approved procedure outside Ariveno.
What happens with clients who repeatedly miss appointments?
Ariveno counts no-shows. After your chosen threshold is reached, the client's next booking requires manual approval.
Can I approve selected bookings manually?
Yes. The time is held while you decide, and the client receives confirmation only after approval.
Can a client reschedule without calling?
Yes. A secure link lets the client reschedule or cancel without signing in. A released slot can go to the waiting list.
How do I move from another system?
