Can I add a walk-in while online booking is enabled?

Yes. Add the walk-in manually and the time immediately disappears from online availability.

Does the client need an account or an app?

No. The client chooses a service, barber and time, confirms contact details and manages the appointment through a secure link.

How do I schedule regular clients every three or four weeks?

Create a recurring appointment series. Future times are reserved in advance and email reminders are sent before each visit. SMS is optional through your own SMSAPI account.

Where do I get the QR code?

Ariveno generates a QR code for your booking page. Download it and place it by the mirror, on the counter or at the entrance.

What happens with repeated no-shows?

Ariveno counts missed appointments. After the threshold you set is reached, the client's next bookings require your approval.

How much does Ariveno cost for a barbershop?
