- Import into Ariveno
CSV templates cover clients, services, team members and appointments. Preview the mapping, duplicates and errors before anything is saved.
- Run both systems during the transition
Keep the old system available while you check numbers and test a booking. Move traffic only when you are ready.
- Keep a way back
If Ariveno is not the right fit, download the complete export and return to the previous system. Your data is available without negotiating with support.

No directory beside your competitors
Your clients remain your clients.
When a client clicks your link, they land on your salon's page with your services, prices and team. Ariveno does not suggest another salon and does not take a percentage of the appointment. The client books without creating an Ariveno account and manages the appointment through a secure link.
Your salon remains the controller of its client data. Ariveno processes that data on your instructions under the data processing agreement. Each salon's domain data uses separate EU-configured resources.

A clear limitation
Ariveno does not bring you new clients.
Ariveno manages appointments from the clients you already have or acquire through your own marketing: Google Business Profile, Instagram, referrals and your website. It does not operate a salon directory or promote your profile.
Ariveno is designed primarily for salons with teams, shared resources and a waiting list. If you work alone and only need a basic calendar, a simpler tool may be a better purchase.

Does Ariveno really charge no booking commission?
Yes. You pay PLN 99 net monthly or PLN 990 net yearly per location. Optional SMS is paid directly through your own SMSAPI account.
How is Ariveno different from a salon directory?
A directory is a shared search experience with many profiles and promoted listings. Ariveno is your salon's own booking page under your own link, with no competing salons beside it and no commission on appointments.
How do I move my salon to Ariveno?
Export data from the current system, import it through CSV with preview and duplicate checks, run both systems during the transition and switch only when you are ready. Support can help at support@ariveno.com.
Will I lose new clients when I leave a directory?
If the directory genuinely brings new clients, that source of demand may disappear. Ariveno is best for salons with an established client base and their own channels. Use the calculator with your real contract figures.
Can I use Ariveno alongside a directory?
Yes during a transition, but Ariveno does not provide two-way synchronisation with directory marketplaces. You would need to control both calendars carefully.
What is included for PLN 99 net per month?
Online booking, staff scheduling, a waiting list, email reminders, client records, reports, guided migration, CSV import and a complete export for one location and up to 16 active people.
